dc.description	O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a atuação das Guardas Civis Municipais sob o viés constitucional, ponderando acerca das atribuições supralegais do supracitado ente governamental da segurança pública (GCM) e as comparando com as respectivas atribuições constitucionais, a fim de que seja concluído se as atuais atividades das Guardas violam o expresso texto da Carta Magna. Para tanto, será colacionado durante o corrente trabalho tanto estudo doutrinário, quanto jurisprudencial e, outrossim, análise legal.	pt_BR
