dc.description	O trabalho em questão, tem como título: O Serviço Social e a Política Habitacional: Perspectivas e Desafios. Procurando abordar assuntos relativos ao Direito a Habitação e o Serviço Social. Deixando claro que, é importante que, as pessoas tenham condições de viver em uma habitação com estrutura adequada que, não é tão somente a habitação em si. Sendo que, tudo isto deve ser acompanhado pelo Assistente Social, que poderá ajudar na verificação do estado habitacional das pessoas de maneira ampla, podendo assim mensurar melhor todos os aspectos eminentes dessa questão. Para tanto, o trabalho em tela tem como objetivo descrever um panorama geral sobre o serviço social e a política habitacional no Brasil. Além disso, o trabalho será realizado por meio da metodologia bibliográfica, exploratória e qualitativa, feita através do levantamento doutrinário que se propõe a análise de princípios e estudos. Concluindo que o acompanhamento do serviço social, juntamente á políticas públicas voltadas a inclusão da moradia de maneira ampla, principalmente aos mais pobres, contribuirá sobremaneira para a igualdade social.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	The work in question is titled: Social Services and Housing Policy: Perspectives and Challenges. Seeking to address issues relating to the Right to Housing and Social Services. Making it clear that it is important that people are able to live in housing with an adequate structure, which is not just the housing itself. Therefore, all of this must be monitored by the Social Worker, who can help to check people's housing status in a broad way, thus being able to better measure all the eminent aspects of this issue. To this end, the present work aims to describe a general overview of social services and housing policy in Brazil. Furthermore, the work will be carried out using a bibliographic, exploratory and qualitative methodology, carried out through a doctrinal survey that proposes the analysis of principles and studies. Concluding that the monitoring of social services, together with public policies aimed at the inclusion of housing in a broad way, especially for the poorest, will greatly contribute to social equality.	pt_BR
