dc.description	O presente trabalho trata-se de uma pesquisa que terá como objetivo principal abordar a influência que o comunicador possui dentro de um processo jurídico, a partir do contexto do tribunal do Juri. O Tribunal do Juri não diz respeito apenas aos operadores do Direito, mas também uma participação ativa da sociedade. Assim, serviremos do Tribunal do Juri para proferir considerações sobre o que um Promotor, um Advogado de Defesa e o que a sociedade podem, através da argumentação, definir a condenação ou não de um réu. Para tanto, explanaremos sobre o conceito de Retórica, Oratória e Dialética, assim como analisaremos a aplicabilidade destas capacidades como fatores de influência nos resultados do Tribunal do Juri. A partir de uma análise da argumentação jurídica, trilharemos um percurso sobre as obras de Aristóteles, Marco Túlio Cícero, Chain Perelman e Olivier Reboul, para propiciar uma compreensão sobre o lugar que Comunicação, ocupa como fator principal de influência no Tribunal do Juri.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	The present work is a research that will have as its main objective to address the influence that the communicator has within a legal process, from the context of the Jury court. The Jury Court does not only concern legal practitioners, but also the active participation of society. Thus, we will serve as the Jury Court to provide considerations on what a Prosecutor, a Defense Lawyer and society can, through argument, define whether or not to convict a defendant. To this end, we will explain the concepts of Rhetoric, Oratory and Dialectic, as well as analyze the applicability of these capabilities as influencing factors in the results of the Jury Court. From an analysis of legal arguments, we will follow a path through the works of Aristotle, Marco Túlio Cícero, Chain Perelman and Olivier Reboul, to provide an understanding of the place that Communication occupies as the main factor of influence in the Jury Court.	pt_BR
