O objetivo é avaliar a eficácia das medidas preventivas e sua contribuição para a segurança da população. A justificativa reside no aumento dos desastres na região, demandando ações efetivas. A metodologia envolve uma abordagem multidisciplinar para entender a implementação da lei e o engajamento comunitário. The aim is to evaluate the effectiveness of preventive measures and their contribution to community safety. The methodology adopts a multidisciplinary approach to assess law implementation and community engagement.
