dc.description	O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar as características e impactos do Estelionato Sentimental, seus desdobramentos perante o sistema jurídico brasileiro e seus reflexos na violência patrimonial contra a mulher. A metodologia utilizada é a de pesquisa quali-quanti, na qual foi adotada uma abordagem mista, combinando elementos qualitativos e quantitativos. O estudo realizado compreende três capítulos, que abordam a configuração jurídica, conceito e características do Estelionato Sentimental, o papel das redes sociais como facilitadoras de sua prática, o modus operandi do estelionatário sentimental e dificuldade das vítimas em relatar o fato, além da violência patrimonial experimentada pelas vítimas e das jurisprudências atuais que tratam do assunto.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	The objective of this work is to analyze the characteristics and impacts of the Sentimental Swindle, its consequences before the Brazilian legal system and its reflections on patrimonial violence against women. The methodology used is that of quali-quanti research, in which a mixed approach was adopted, combining qualitative and quantitative elements. The study comprises three chapters, which address the legal configuration, concept and characteristics of the Sentimental Swindle, the role of social networks as facilitators of its practice, the modus operandi of the sentimental swindler and the difficulty of the victims in reporting the fact, in addition to the patrimonial violence experienced by the victims and the current jurisprudences that deal with the subject.	pt_BR
