Abstract

This article aims to analyze the importance of play as an educational process, aiding in learning in all areas of education. Demonstrating that play is one of the most successful forms of learning, because the student learns in a pleasant way through games, games, dance, music, toys, pretends, etc. In addition to being a form of enjoyable learning there are also many benefits of learning playfulness, making the student develop in the cultural, physical, social, cognitive and affective aspects, also helping in the development of each one's potential.The teacher becomes the mediator between the student and the playful. Although play is found more frequently in Early Childhood Education, it also contributes to all stages of education and in all areas of education. Although play is a fun way to learn, we can not forget its truthfulness. Many theorists have recognized this instrument in order to guide its importance and its benefits. Thus becoming one of the most successful forms in classrooms.
