Abstract

To meet the research, we ask: What are the reflections to society when there is neglect with the structure of public safety? In order to achieve the objectives of this project, the theoretical-dogmatic research will be used, considering that Doctrinarian and jurisprudential concepts are approached to equate the problem presented in an attempt to create a solution for the discase. In addition, a field research will be carried out in a public safety body in order to experience part of this structure to improve the article. The theme, "The consequences of negleing the structure of public safety". It will broadly bring about the structure of public security, such as its duties and obligations, at the same pace that it would readdress the light of the doctrine the concepts of security and its implications in the historical economic and social context, and what the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 says. , on competencies, and what are the results of negling such structures.
