SAÚDE MENTAL DOS PROFESSORES: UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA DAS POLÍTICAS EDUCACIONAIS E A APLICAÇÕES DA PRODUÇÃO DE NARRATIVIDADE E SEU CONCEITO

Abstract

The mental health of several professionals can be affected by several factors within their work environment, as is the case with some teaching professionals. Among these factors, we can mention the distance operated in the dynamics of schools between what are public education policies and their real effectiveness in the school routine. Thus, it is necessary to seek new strategies for implementing such educational policies, and as a possible tool we have the production of narrativity. Therefore, the objective of this research carried out by bibliographic review is to identify some of these factors that cause the weakening of teachers' mental health as well as how health production can be carried out by the narrative production policy. This work made it possible to verify that the situation of weakened mental health is a factor to which everyone is subject and it is not a permanent picture, but rather changeable, making it possible to perform through listening the search for a direction in the production of health allowing that this professional can take care of you.
