CASA DE APOIO A MULHER: O impacto que o isolamento social trouxe aos índices de casos de violência contra a mulher

Abstract

Since the beginnings of society, women have been indoctrinated to be delicate, cautious, demure, peacemakers, among other so-called feminine characteristics. Violence against women has been an alarming factor for a long time. For many years, women have suffered from psychological pressure, physical aggression, discrimination, which are often caused by the simple fact that the victim is a woman, and this, in the vast majority, causes harm, death, embarrassment, limitation, physical suffering, sexual, moral, psychological, social, political or economic. With the new COVID-19 virus, known worldwide in 2019, with the isolations, the index, which was already high, increased further. The proposal of a support center for these women who have experienced aggression aims to create a harmonious architectural space, different from the aggression environment itself, with spaces for psychological, therapeutic, social assistance, recreational spaces, for personal care and aesthetic, both very important for victims who come out of these situations loving each other less. With this in mind, research was carried out seeking to understand the theme and different treatments involving the architectural commitment, a calm and careful environment, to support and protect them from their aggressors.
