PARQUE CAMINHOS REQUALIFICAÇÃO DO FLORESTA CLUB: UM NOVO CENTRO DE EVENTOS E DE LAZER

Abstract

The work aims at the requalification of the Floresta Clube, with the purpose of using the space for the creation of a park, in order to provide visitors with a new place of leisure and contemplation. In view of the importance of the old Caça e Pesca and the area in which it is located, the principles of the work were focused on solutions that counteract the effects of socio-environmental degradation, and that can contribute to the vitality and dynamism of the place and the region. Based on the analyzes carried out in the area, identifying the potentials and weaknesses, the necessary diagnosis for the implementation of the park was obtained. The park's proposal is based on the concepts of sustainability and organic architecture, where space is responsible and encourages approximation and respect for nature, in a place that combines leisure, entertainment, culture and contemplation activities. The distribution of spaces, the conception of forms and materials were inspired by the elements of nature, and for this purpose constructive techniques were studied and presented that allow the materialization of the idea.
