dc.descriptionO presente trabalho refere-se as principais alterações trazidas pela Lei 14.188/2021 que tem como objetivo penalizar com mais rigor a violência psicológica contra as mulheres, sendo tipificado no artigo 147-B do Código Penal Brasileiro. Neste trabalho foi verificado as causas e consequências que a problemática desse tipo de violência vem provocando nas suas vítimas, além de demonstrar os elementos que caracterizam este tipo penal. Este trabalho se justifica com base no grande aumento de feminicídios causados em sua maioria pela violência doméstica nos últimos anos, baseado em dados do atlas da violência dos anos 2020 e 2021 e do Fórum Brasileiro de Segurança Pública. O que se pretende com o presente trabalho é demonstrar que a violência psicológica contra a mulher ocorre diariamente e que é um problema social que precisa ser sanado, pois causa danos irreparáveis em muitas mulheres pelo mundo todo, gerando problemas de saúde para o resto da vida. Além de mostrar que há meios jurídicos que tutelam as mulheres antes ou após a violência sofrida.pt_BR
dc.description.abstractThe work refers to the main changes brought by Law 14.188/2021, which aims to more rigorously penalize psychological violence against women, being typified in article 147- B of the Brazilian Penal Code. In this work, it was verified the causes and consequences that the problem of this type of violence has been causing in its victims, as well as elements that characterize this criminal type. This work is justified based on the large increase in femicide generated mostly by violence in recent years, based on data from the atlas of domestic violence for the years 2020 and 2021 and the Brazilian Forum on Public Security. What is intended with the present work is to demonstrate that psychological violence against women daily is a social problem that needs to be remedied, as it causes irreparable damage to many around the world, generating health problems for the rest of their lives. In addition to showing that there are legal means that protect women before or after the violence suffered.pt_BR
