dc.description.abstract	Guarding is a fundamental right of the parents. It should always be attributed taking into consideration the interest of the child. Shared custody aims to ensure the continuity of affective bonds, giving both parents the right and duty to exercise their family power. To answer the research, we ask: How can the institute of Shared Guard, regulated by Law 13.058 / 2014, serve as a tool to combat Parental Alienation? Although to provide a greater conviviality of the child with their parents, due to the equal distribution of time of coexistence, Shared Guard still can not be considered a tool to combat Parental Alienation.	pt_BR

A guarda compartilhada visa garantir a continuidade dos laços afetivos, dando a ambos os genitores o direito e o dever de exercer o seu poder familiar. Para atender a pesquisa, indaga-se: Como o instituto da Guarda Compartilhada, regulamentado pela Lei 13.058/2014, pode servir de ferramenta para combater a Alienação Parental? Ainda que para proporcionar um maior convívio da criança com seus pais, em razão da distribuição equiparada de tempo de convivência, a Guarda Compartilhada ainda não pode ser considerada uma ferramenta de combate a Alienação Parental.	pt_BR
