| Resumo: | The present Scientific Article aims at discussing the restriction of access rights due to non-payment of alimony: a classic case of parental alienation, for which the following question should be answered: "Non-payment of alimony can be used as limiting the right of access and justifying the practice of parental alienation? " This problem is related to the conflict between the non-payment of the alimony, the right to visit, and the consequent occurrence of the practice of parental alienation, aiming to respond to the end of the investigations concretized the questioning proposed. |
