| Resumo: | The present paper aims to answer the following question: what is the State's responsibility to implement educational policies that allow minors to have access to information as a tool to prevent sexual crimes of vulnerable? Addressing doctrinal concepts and available statistical data to equate the problem presented in an attempt to create a solution to the conflict. Conducting interviews with professionals related to the researched area. In order to demonstrate the importance of access to information as a form of prevention for the child and the adolescent about the crime of rape of vulnerable, with the purpose of educating them to the risks and the care to be taken. |
