Abstract

The word of victim without right to domestic and family law is still the subject of doctrinal and jurisprudential discussion, as well as other points of Law 11.340/06. What is what is the case, is what is what is what is a crime? It is used as a bibliographical and jurisprudential research methodology. Thus, we will analyze the concept of domestic violence, the system of evidence adopted by the Brazilian criminal procedure, the understanding of some doctrinators and certain judges on thesubject, so that we can conclude regarding the possibility of condemnation of the aggressor based solely on the victim's word.
