| Resumo: | This article is written under the juridical sciences and seeks to deal with a highly important and extremely current subject, such as Outsourcing in Brazil and Law 13,429 / 2017 (formerly PL 4302/1998) based on labor law, Bringing essential concepts on the subject. This research will bring relevant information to the studies on outsourcing and temporary work, having as basic reference the legal order and the jurisprudential guidelines of the Superior Labor Court, as well as public agencies responsible for labor security, such as the Public Ministry Of Labor (MPT). This will also deal with opinions of jurists, lawyers, judges and other juridical persons, as well as articles searched on the internet and renowned authors of the labor court, which present technical arguments about the changes arising from the aforementioned law, helping to Knowledge. Thus, the article relates the outsourcing of the form governed by the statement of the superior labor court, focusing on temporary work and the recently sanctioned law, regarding the main outsourcing of end-activity in temporary work. |
| Descrição: | O presente artigo é escrito sob o âmbito das ciências jurídicas e busca tratar um assunto de grande importância e extremamente atual, qual seja a Terceirização no Brasil e a Lei n° 13.429/2017 (antigo PL 4302/1998) embasado no direito do trabalho, trazendo conceitos essenciais sobre o tema. Esta pesquisa trará informações relevantes aos estudos acerca da terceirização e do trabalho temporário, tendo como referência básica o ordenamento jurídico e as orientações jurisprudenciais do Tribunal Superior do Trabalho, bem como órgãos públicos responsáveis pela segurança do trabalho, como, por exemplo, o Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT).Assim, o artigo relaciona a terceirização da forma regida pelo enunciado do tribunal superior do trabalho, com enfoque no trabalho temporário e com a lei recentemente sancionada, no tocante principal a terceirização da atividade-fim no trabalho temporário. |
