| Resumo: | This paper aims to answer the following question: Is the Forum by Function Prerogative in line with the current Brazilian Democratic System? The article makes a comparison between what determines the Law and what happens in practice regarding the Forum by Prerogative of Role to the people who hold political positions in Brazil. Using laws related to the theme, it is noted that the Forum by Function Prerogative does not favor all Brazilian citizens. |
