O IMPACTO DA REFORMA PREVIDENCIÁRIA NA APOSENTADORIA DO MAGISTÉRIO DO MUNICÍPIO DA SERRA/ES

Abstract

The theme addressed in this article will be “The impact of the Pension Reform on the retirement of teachers in the municipality of Serra/ES. The main objective of the research is to analyze, based on the legislation that governs the working life of effective teaching employees in the municipality of Serra/ES, the possible impacts brought about by the changes proposed by the reform. For this, an exploratory, qualitative and bibliographic research methodology will be adopted, divided into four parts: initially, an explanation of the historical-legislative antecedents that configured the retirement of Basic Education teachers over the years will be carried out; then the configuration of the retirement of teachers in the municipality of Serra/ES, before the pension reform, will be exposed; then, the changes will be detailed and the transition rules for teachers in the municipality of Serra/ES who work in the Public; finally, the impacts brought about by the change in legislation on teaching retirement after Constitutional Amendment No. 103/2019, and Complementary Law 07 of 11/29/2024 in the municipality of Serra/ES.
