dc.description	O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar por meio de estudo a inclusão mediante a alfabetização da criança surda em sua língua maternal, língua brasileira de sinais na comunidade ouvinte, sua historicidade ao decorrer das décadas, perspectivas legais assegurando direito e deveres dos deficientes auditivos, processo de ensino aprendizagem em sua língua maternal com suma relevância, e abordagem do processo de alfabetização na LIBRAS durante o decorrer do tempo que foi essencial para os avanços na educação do surdo e suas conquistas, isto dado a pesquisas descritivas e exploratório por meio de questionários e observações em uma instituição pública de ensino fundamental com o intuito da inserção da criança surda no mundo dos ouvintes por meio de sua língua de origem.	pt_BR
dc.description.abstract	The present work aims to present, through a study, the inclusion through the literacy of deaf children in their mother tongue, Brazilian sign language (LIBRAS) in the hearing community, its historicity over the decades, legal perspectives ensuring the rights and duties of the disabled hearing, teaching learning process in their mother tongue with great relevance, and approaching the literacy process in LIBRAS over time, which was essential for advances in the education of the deaf and its achievements, given to descriptive and exploratory research through questionnaires and observations in a public elementary education institution with the aim of inserting the deaf child into the world of hearing through their language of origin.	pt_BR
