| Resumo: | This course completion work has os its theme sexual abuse in children and adolescents in the city of Irupi-ES, in view of this it was essential to understand violence and sexual abuse. Therefore, the importance of the Social Worker in the fight against sexual abuse in children and adolescents was explained, especially after the creation of the National Plan for Combating Violence Against Children and Adolescents, which was carried out by Law No. 9970/2000 and later by Decree No. 11,074/2022, which aims to articulate and develop policies aimed at guaranteeing the full protection of children and adolescents. Consequently, this work has the general objective of understanding the social worker's role in the face of sexual abuse in children and adolescents, and the specific objective of quantifying the number of cases of sexual abuse in the municipality of Irupi-ES, in the last 3 years, ensuring specialized care to children and adolescents in situations of verified sexual violence, strengthen the role of social workers in combating sexual violence against children and adolescents. Therefore, a questionnaire was created with 9 questions, regarding abuse and sexual violence in children and adolescents, which sought to understand whether the population of Irupi-ES knows the difference between violence and sexual abuse, the main consequences, in what scope this act happens and what number to call to report it. Therefore, it is understood that the Social Worker is essential to combat sexual abuse in children and adolescents. |
| Descrição: | Esse trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como tema, abuso sexual em crianças e adolescentes no município de Irupi-ES, à vista disso foi fundamental compreender sobre a violência e abuso sexual. Sendo assim, explanou-se a respeito da importância do Assistente Social na luta contra o abuso sexual em crianças e adolescentes principalmente após a criação Plano Nacional de Enfrentamento da Violência Contra Crianças E Adolescentes que se deu pela Lei nº 9970/2000 e posteriormente pelo Decreto Nº 11.074/2022 que tem como finalidade articular e desenvolver políticas destinadas à garantia da proteção integral de crianças e de adolescentes. Consequentemente, este trabalho tem como objetivo geral compreender a atuação do assistente social perante o abuso sexual em crianças e adolescentes, e os específicos quantificar os números de casos de abuso sexual no município de Irupi-ES, nos últimos 3 anos, garantir o atendimento especializado a crianças e adolescentes em situação de violência sexual constatada, fortalecer a atuação do assistente social no enfrentamento da violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes. Destarte, criou-se um questionário com 9 perguntas, a respeito do abuso e violência sexual em criança e adolescentes, onde buscou compreender se a população de Irupi-ES, sabe a diferença entre violência e abuso sexual, principais consequências, em que âmbito esse ato acontece e qual número ligar para denunciar. Portanto, entende-se que o Assistente Social é imprescindível para combate ao abuso sexual em criança e adolescente. |
