| Resumo: | The present work aims to analyze the performance of the Municipal Civil Guards under the constitutional bias, considering the supralegal attributions of the aforementioned public security governmental entity (GCM) and comparing them with the respective constitutional attributions, in order to conclude whether the The Guards' current activities violate the express text of the Magna Carta. To this end, both doctrinal and jurisprudential studies and, in addition, legal analysis will be collated during the current work. |
| Descrição: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a atuação das Guardas Civis Municipais sob o viés constitucional, ponderando acerca das atribuições supralegais do supracitado ente governamental da segurança pública (GCM) e as comparando com as respectivas atribuições constitucionais, a fim de que seja concluído se as atuais atividades das Guardas violam o expresso texto da Carta Magna. Para tanto, será colacionado durante o corrente trabalho tanto estudo doutrinário, quanto jurisprudencial e, outrossim, análise legal. |
